Summary Bio
Clement Harrington is a Civil Engineer, Life Fellow of ASCE, Professional Member of DBF, on
President’s list with DRBF.He has more than 40 years in management of
projects in the developing world (Asia, Africa and Latin America) and is fluently bilingual
English/Spanish. He has specialized in contract management, dispute
avoidance and resolution for infrastructure projects. Representative projects
include the Lesotho Highlands Water Project in Southern Africa, where he managed the DB process for this
multibillion dollar development, and two hydroelectric projects in Nepal, acting as project manager for these
medium hydro developments. He brings to the table extensive on-the-ground construction experience combined with solid
background in dispute resolution under FIDIC contracts.
